hello i have this problem when the players donate i get the money but they didnt get reward on donation log when i press send i get this error
Pack: L2jFrozen
SQLSTATE[HY000] host xxx is not allowed to connect to this mysql server

Hello, thank you for trying our donate panel, this error means that you have not properly set the permissions on your server to the specific user you need to allow user to connect from any ip at the moment %

solved the user had not given access to itopz
