Player PAID and no reward in game

in case you have a player that says he did not get the reward ingame.

• Go in your Server list
• Select "Donate Logs" of the server you got the issue.

1) Select payment
2)

• Send payment ingame (if your player paid and the TXN ID matches) set status "done".
• Close (Ignore payment) and dont send ingame for any reason you want. set status "close"

the status will now be ignored in case you "close" the payment


Note this actions are permanent and irreversible.
